HELPING PEOPLE WORSHIP JESUS
WHO WE ARE
Thank you for stopping by our website. If you are searching for a solid, Biblical church, we invite you to learn more. We seek to have our services designed by God and for worship of God, therefore the Word of God is our foundation for all we do, including each part of our Sunday morning services. You can expect Scripture reading, prayer, singing, and expository preaching on each Sunday morning. Our aim is to glorify the Father and Jesus His Son by the power of the Holy Spirit, and we believe as we do others will be drawn to Him as well.

We are located in downtown Norton, OH, just south of the CVS and across the street from Acme and Norton Plaza on Cleveland Massillon.

Main service time is 10:30, and we have Sunday School and groups (ABF) that also meet at 9:30.

At 9:30 there is Sunday School for all ages of kids. During the morning service, kids may be dismissed to children's church at the last song before the sermon. You are also welcome to keep your kids with you during the sermon. Kids are loved around here, and while there may be some distractions, it is worth it to have the opportunity to minister and serve your children.

Absolutely. Our pastor offers Biblical counseling at no cost to anyone who desires it. Life throws us many curve balls, and we often need help sorting through what God desires from us in those times. Come out and talk to our pastor or call the church office to make an appointment. You will find help from God's Word to walk more confidently in your situation.

Our pastor always says labels are only as helpful as we agree on what they mean, therefore, the answer is that it depends on what is meant by the term "reformed". We believe in the five sola's, sola Scriptura (Scripture alone), solus Christus (Christ alone), sola Gratia (Grace alone), sola Fide (Faith alone), and soli Deo Gloria (God's Glory alone). We teach and hold to the doctrines of grace, believing that salvation is a monergistic work of God. We do not formally hold to any confession currently, but we are not in opposition to confessions that are faithful to Scripture. We also believe we are to be ever reforming to the Word of God, therefore, as we continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ through His Word, we will always be ready to conform our church to what He calls us to. We believe the best definition of "reformed" should be "Biblical", and if that is what one means by reformed, then we would gladly accept that label.

There is a north and south parking lot, and you can park in either one. If both are full there is a lot around the back on the south side as well. Enter through the doors closest to Cleveland Massillon Road, this is our main lobby. If you plan your visit, we will have someone ready to greet you there.

We are a split level church, but we are thankful the Lord has provided us with an elevator that gives access to all floors. Whether you are wheelchair bound or simply have difficulty with stairs, you will have access to the entire building for all services and activities.

Our Sunday morning service consists of four basic components each Sunday, singing, reading, praying, and preaching the Word of God. We also have the Lord's Supper on the last Sunday of the month, and baptisms on occasion. We design these services for God, not for man, but we expect that redeemed men and women will be encouraged, edified, and blessed to participate with us.
