How long is a Norton Baptist CHURCH service?

Our normal service runs just over an hour. While we want to be sensitive to schedules, we also believe that there are occasions where it is valuable to continue together for a little while longer. We would never be offended, however, if someone needed to leave to make another engagement before we were done.

What's the culture like at Norton baptist Church?

You can find people wearing anything from suits to jeans in our services, and we like it that way. Our music is blended, some services more traditional and some are more contemporary. When it comes to music, we value one another more than we value our own preferences, so we do not focus on just one style. We receive offering through a box in the back where people can deposit their gifts to the Lord, be we have no expectations that our visitors would give anything. We spend at least a couple of times in prayer during the service. You can expect our preaching to be from a text of Scripture where the speaker will seek to not only explain what it means, but explain why it matters to us today. You should also expect to be greeted more than once as we are always excited to meet people and welcome them.

What about my kids?

We love children here at Norton Baptist Church, so we welcome all of them to join us in the service. We don't mind if a disruption occurs, but we also understand that may make some parents feel uncomfortable, so we seek to always be ready to care for your children in either nursery or junior church should you prefer that.
